Turn Recognition Into Rewards Employees Want
Employees spend the recognition points they've earned on swag, gift cards, and experiences they actually want — with catalogs per region and order tracking from checkout to delivery.
See Company Store In Action
See how employees redeem earned recognition points — on their own or combined with a card payment through Stripe — from an admin-managed catalog with per-user points ledgers and region catalogs.
What Company Store Helps You Do
Six everyday actions, all in one app.
Earn Points
Recognition points from peer awards, manager bonuses, and program milestones land in the employee's balance automatically — plus peer-given points, where every employee gets a monthly allowance to recognize coworkers that credits the recipient's balance 1:1.
Browse The Catalog
Employees see a curated catalog of branded merchandise, gift cards, and experiences relevant to their region. Search, filter, and view featured items.
Redeem & Checkout
Spend points (or pay by card if enabled) for the items employees actually want. Quick-redeem and full-checkout flows both supported.
Track Orders
Employees see order status, fulfillment progress, and history in one place. Notifications fire on order placement and fulfillment.
Manage Catalogs
Admins configure regional catalogs, feature items, manage inventory, and connect reward providers — print-on-demand swag (Printful) and digital gift cards (Tremendous, Tango) — from the central Integrations hub.
Report & Reconcile
Admin analytics show redemption volume, popular items, points distribution, and budget impact. Tax-compliance reports cover annual summaries, transactions, and gift cards.
One App, Three Audiences
Company Store gives each role its own view of the same data.

How A Redemption Moves Through The System
Five steps from earned points to fulfilled order.
NEW · FUND IT FAIRLY, SPEND IT SAFELY
Peer-funded balances, with budgets and guardrails Finance can trust
Recognition is more meaningful when peers can fund it — and a points economy only works if it stays inside budget and resists abuse. Company Store now does both.
Peer-given points
Every employee gets a monthly giving allowance to recognize coworkers. The points they give credit the recipient's store balance 1:1 — so a peer shout-out turns straight into a redeemable reward. Allowances reset monthly and don't carry over.
Department & manager budgets
Finance funds spend budgets in points at the department and manager level. Each redemption draws down the most specific budget that applies, and a hard cap blocks anything that would exceed the remaining allowance — enforced right at checkout, not after the fact.
Tiered redemption approvals
High-value redemptions route through tiered approval by point value — to the redeemer's manager, the admins, or a designated approver group like a Rewards Committee. Points are held (not lost) until someone signs off.
Velocity & fraud controls
A burst of redemptions in a short window is automatically held for admin fraud review before fulfillment, and redemption is idempotent — a double-submit never double-charges a balance.
DONE-FOR-YOU SERVICE · US PILOT
Managed Swag FulfillmentDon't have a warehouse? We'll store and ship your swag.
Bring your own branded merchandise — hoodies, mugs, onboarding kits — and MangoApps warehouses it, tracks the inventory, and ships each item to the employee when they redeem. No third-party logistics contract, no fulfillment ops, no per-order busywork on your side.
- Ship us stock once — register an inbound shipment; our ops desk receives and counts it against your catalog, flagging any discrepancy.
- We hold and track inventory — live on-hand counts, low-stock flags, cycle-count variance, and a full per-item movement ledger.
- Redemptions ship automatically — when an employee redeems, the order drops into our pick-pack-ship queue and goes out with tracking.
- US-only pilot — limited capacity today as we build the program. Talk to us to get your swag onboarded.
Regional Catalogs For Distributed Teams
Build different catalogs per country or office location so employees in Canada, the UK, India, or Brazil can redeem rewards that make sense for their market. Unified admin dashboard to manage all regions centrally — supports 50+ countries out of the box.
Company Store In Practice
A practical scope check: what the app covers, which controls matter, and the workflows teams usually run first.
Core workflow
Redeem recognition points for company swag, gift cards, experiences, or charitable donations.
Controls that matter
Order Workflow includes Per-item quantity selection at checkout and Shipping address capture at checkout.
Scope and specs
Useful specs: Default points-per-dollar rate: 100 (admin-configurable, 1–1,000); Default recognition points per post: 10 (admin-configurable, 0–100); Points expiry period: 12 months (admin-configurable, 1–60).
Recognition reward redemption
Employees spend recognition points earned from peer shout-outs on branded merchandise or gift cards in the store.
New hire welcome kit
Admins add onboarding swag items to the catalog and grant new employees bonus points to redeem their welcome package.
Regional merchandise
A multi-location company sets up region-specific catalogs so each office sees locally available items and shipping options.

REPLACES POINT TOOLS
One store instead of a separate rewards marketplace vendor
Most recognition programs bolt a separate marketplace, swag fulfillment, and experience-rewards vendor onto a standalone recognition tool. Company Store consolidates the redemption side into the same platform that runs recognition itself.
Awardco
Amazon-backed reward marketplace bolted onto a recognition tool
- One per-employee suite price — no separate platform fee plus marketplace markup
- Points balance, redemption history, and recognition all live on one user record
- Regional catalogs scope by HRIS country/location automatically — not by uploaded user lists
Bonusly
Built-in reward catalog for the Bonusly point system
- Recognition + redemption + analytics under one license — not two vendors and two contracts
- Custom internal items (swag, time off, charity) sit next to gift cards on the same shelf
- Inherits the platform's HRIS-synced eligibility — no parallel user roster
Blueboard
Curated experience-reward provider
- Experiences can live alongside swag, gift cards, and PTO as just another catalog item
- Approvals reuse the platform RBAC — finance signs off without a new tool
- Per-redemption pricing replaced with a flat suite license
Snappy / SwagUp
Branded swag and gifting platforms
- Swag, gift cards, and experiences in one catalog the employee already browses
- Shipping address pulled from the HRIS — no separate intake form per recipient
- Order history visible to the employee in the same app they earned the points in
PLATFORM ADVANTAGE
Company Store inherits everything else MangoApps already does
A standalone rewards marketplace has to build, buy, or integrate each of these. Company Store gets them for free because the platform already runs them.
HRIS-synced eligibility
Eligibility, country catalog, and shipping address pull from live HR data. A new hire can redeem on day one without a manual roster upload.
Identity & SSO
Inherits SAML/OIDC SSO and SCIM. No separate marketplace login or password reset queue for employees who only redeem once a quarter.
Permissions & approvals
Manager and finance approvals reuse the same RBAC every other module uses — no parallel approver tree, no orphaned sign-off rules.
Order history
Every purchase, approval, fulfillment, cancellation, and refund is recorded on the order's timeline with who did it and when.
Mobile app & push
Browse the catalog and check the points balance in the same app employees use for shifts and pay — no second app to install.
Workflow & notifications
A redemption can trigger a fulfillment task, a manager notification, or a celebratory feed post — using the platform automation engine.
INDUSTRY FIT
Built for organizations where recognition has to translate to real rewards
Company Store fits operators whose workforce earns recognition points and expects to actually redeem them across countries, shifts, and catalogs.
Retail
Store associates redeem points for branded swag and gift cards from the same app that runs their schedule and shift huddle.
Healthcare
Recognition for clinical staff translates into experiences, PTO, or curated wellness items — with audit trail for HR governance.
Manufacturing
Plant-floor crews redeem safety-milestone points for branded gear and gift cards in their preferred language and currency.
Hospitality
Property-specific catalogs let housekeeping and front-desk teams redeem points for items tuned to brand and location.
Field Service
Mobile technicians earn recognition points and redeem from the same app they dispatch and log work from — no separate marketplace login.
WHY MANGOAPPS WINS
One platform beats a stack of point solutions on every axis
The case HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement all share — and the one a standalone rewards marketplace structurally cannot answer.
Cheaper than the stack
One per-employee suite license replaces Awardco, Bonusly Rewards, Blueboard, and Snappy — no separate platform fees plus marketplace markup.
More secure
One identity perimeter and one set of roles and permissions across every redemption and refund. Nothing extra for security to certify.
Easier to deploy
Already deployed if you have MangoApps. Configure regional catalogs, points ratio, and approvals — launch redemptions the same week.
Easier to use
Employees see their balance, browse, and redeem inside the app they already opened for their schedule — no second login, no separate brand.
Easier to manage
Catalog admins scope by country, location, or department from live HR data — no parallel roster to keep in sync with HR each pay cycle.
Easier to extend
Custom items (PTO, charity, experiences) sit next to gift cards on the same shelf — extend the catalog without onboarding a new vendor.
AI is actually better
Company Store AI personalizes catalog recommendations using cross-app signals — past recognition received, region, role — under the same permission model that governs every other agent.
Controls That Keep It Manageable
Reward programs scale only when admins trust the controls.
Points Per Dollar
Configure the points-to-dollar ratio that fits your program. Default 100 points per dollar; fully customizable.
Card Payments
Opt-in card payments through Stripe: employees pay for an item by card, or cover what their points don't (Mixed Payments). Or keep the store points-only.
Approval Workflows
Redemptions above store-wide point thresholds route to the employee's manager or to the admins before fulfillment, and a burst of redemptions is held for admin review.
Reward Providers
Connect gift-card (Tremendous, Tango) and print-on-demand swag (Printful) providers from the Integrations hub, sync catalogs, test connections. Failed provider calls fall back gracefully.
Tax Reporting
Annual summary, detailed transactions, and gift-card reports cover IRS and international compliance needs for finance teams.
Returns & Exchanges
Employees request a refund or exchange on a fulfilled order with a reason; admins approve or decline from a returns queue. Approved refunds credit the points back and restock warehoused inventory automatically.
Balance Audit Trail
Every earning, redemption, and adjustment is tied to a business, user, and transaction. Bulk adjustments tracked with reason and operator.

Frequently Asked Questions
Points flow in from Recognition — peer awards, manager bonuses, and program milestones all carry point values that land in the employee's Company Store balance. On top of that, every employee gets a monthly giving allowance to recognize coworkers; those peer-given points credit the recipient's balance 1:1. Levels & Badges level-ups (when an admin turns that on) and Contest points prizes credit the balance too, and admins can adjust balances manually for one-off grants or corrections.
Yes — that's the monthly giving allowance. Each employee receives a monthly allowance of points to give to coworkers through recognition. Giving costs the giver nothing redeemable; the points credit the recipient's store balance 1:1 when the recognition goes active. Allowances reset each month and don't carry over, which keeps recognition flowing without inflating the program.
Finance can set department and manager spend budgets in points. Each redemption draws down the most specific budget that applies to the employee, and a hard cap blocks any redemption that would exceed the remaining allowance — enforced at checkout. High-value redemptions can route through tiered approval (to a manager, the admins, or a designated Rewards Committee), and a burst of redemptions in a short window is automatically held for admin fraud review. Redemption is idempotent, so a double-submit never double-charges a balance.
Both — your organization chooses. Card payments are opt-in: turn them on and employees can buy an item by card or cover a points shortfall with a card (Mixed Payments), or leave the store points-only for a pure recognition-funded program. A card payment never adds points to a balance.
Yes. Admins build per-region catalogs so employees in different countries see rewards relevant to their market — local gift cards, region-appropriate merchandise, country-specific experiences. Supports 50+ countries out of the box.
Company Store connects to multiple gift-card and merchandise providers via the admin Providers console. Connect a provider, test the connection, browse the catalog, and import selected items. Failed provider calls fall back gracefully with retry support.
Built-in tax reports cover annual summaries, detailed transaction history, and gift-card reporting — designed to support IRS reporting in the US and equivalent requirements internationally. CSV exports for finance and audit teams.
The order enters a retry state. Admins see failed orders in the fulfillment queue and can retry, cancel, or refund. Employees are notified of order status changes automatically.
Yes, on fulfilled orders. An employee submits a return request with a reason and picks refund or exchange; admins review it in a returns queue and approve or decline. An approved refund credits the points back to the employee's balance and restocks warehoused inventory automatically, so the books and the on-hand count stay correct.
The agent handles conversational ordering ("Show me gift cards under 500 points", "Order the Patagonia jacket"), returns, cancellations and withdrawing a request, lets approvers approve or decline held redemptions, and shows managers their team's budget — all from Ask AI with the same permissions as the app. It doesn't edit the catalog or give points. See the agent page for the full capability list.
