One Approved Vendor List, Built To Last
One vendor record shared with Procurement and Contracts — supplier qualification and risk, scorecards your team rates after every award, and RFQ, RFP and RFI workflows in one place.
See Supplier Hub In Action
Issue RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs, compare and score vendor quotes side by side, qualify suppliers with three-dimension risk scoring and expiry-tracked insurance, and hand an award off to Procurement or Contracts.
What Supplier Hub Helps You Do
Maintain The Approved List
One vendor list with qualification status, type, contacts, and insurance and licence expiry dates. Procurement, Contracts and Asset Pro use the same vendor record.
Build Vendor Profiles
Contacts, qualification and risk scores, diverse-supplier certifications, a product catalog, the performance scorecard, and the vendor's RFQ history.
Score Performance
Vendor scorecards across quality, delivery, price, service, and responsiveness, rated by your team on each awarded RFQ.
Run RFQs And RFPs
RFQ, RFP, and RFI workflows with invitee lists, response collection, side-by-side comparison, and decision-record capture.
Track Compliance
Insurance and business-licence expiry on every qualification record. With the Contracts app, vendor certificates get expiry reminders 30, 7 and 1 days ahead.
Qualify Suppliers
Pending, approved, probation, rejected, or blocked — with financial, operational, and compliance risk scores, and an option to invite only approved vendors to RFQs.
Built To Survive Vendor Sprawl
One Vendor Record Every Buyer Shares
Supplier Hub, Procurement, Contracts, and Asset Pro read and write the same vendor record, so qualification, contacts, and scorecards follow the supplier into every requisition and contract. Turn on Only Invite Approved Vendors and the RFQ vendor picker offers approved suppliers only.
- One vendor record — shared with Procurement, Contracts, and Asset Pro.
- Status-driven — pending, approved, probation, rejected, or blocked.
- Approved-only invitations — blocked and rejected suppliers are never offered on an RFQ.
- Self-service for vendors — invited suppliers sign in to the vendor portal with an emailed one-time code to submit quotes and documents.
Performance Scorecards From Every Award
When an RFQ is awarded, the buyer rates the winning vendor on the criteria your admin chooses. Each rating updates that vendor's scorecard, so the next sourcing decision starts from how the supplier actually performed.
- Five dimensions — quality, delivery, price, service, and responsiveness, each 0–100.
- Performance bands — Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor, or Unacceptable from the overall score.
- Rated in context — the Rate Vendor form opens from the awarded RFQ.
- Everywhere you pick a vendor — scores show on the dashboard, the vendor list, and each profile.
Supplier Hub In Practice
A practical scope check: what the app covers, which controls matter, and the workflows teams usually run first.
Core workflow
Create and issue RFQs to multiple vendors with structured line items and questions.
Controls that matter
Analytics & Reporting includes RFQ pipeline metrics: issued, awarded, cancelled counts and Average quotes per RFQ and time-to-award tracking.
Scope and specs
Useful specs: RFQ types supported: RFQ, RFP, RFI; Quote statuses: Draft, Submitted, Under Review, Accepted, Rejected, Withdrawn; Default evaluation criteria: Price, Quality, Delivery, Experience, Support (RFIs drop Price).
Competitive bidding
Procurement teams issue RFQs to qualified vendors, collect itemized quotes, and use weighted scoring to select the best offer.
Vendor qualification
Review new suppliers' risk, insurance and licence expiry, and certifications, then approve, reject, or ask them for more information before they are invited.
Annual contract rebidding
Re-source expiring contracts by issuing RFQs to both incumbent and alternative vendors and comparing total-cost-of-ownership.
Connected To The Rest Of MangoApps
→ Procurement
The vendor on every requisition is the same record Supplier Hub qualifies, and an award can raise a Procurement requisition from the winning quote.
→ Contracts
Vendor contracts and master service agreements live in Contracts; an awarded RFQ can create a draft contract with the winning quote's line items.
→ Service Desk
Vendor-related tickets (outage, dispute, escalation) link back to the vendor profile so the incident history stays attached to the relationship.
REPLACES POINT TOOLS
One vendor record in place of the supplier-tool stack
Most procurement teams running a dedicated supplier tool still keep a parallel performance spreadsheet, a contract folder in Drive, a certification renewal tracker, and an email chain for RFQs. Supplier Hub folds the supplier lifecycle into the platform every approver already uses.
Vendr
SaaS buying service plus vendor management
- One buyer-seat price for the Procurement & Spend suite covers suppliers, contracts, procurement and spend — Vendr charges as a service plus platform
- Supplier Hub is the system of record you keep — not a buying service whose value evaporates if you stop paying
- Vendor profiles are shared with Procurement and Contracts — one record across sourcing, buying, and agreements
Tropic
SaaS procurement and renewal intelligence
- Covers vendors across every category — SaaS, services, hardware, suppliers — not just software
- Sourcing notifications route through the same notification engine as every other workflow
- Savings and award analytics export to PDF, CSV, or Excel — not a closed Tropic dashboard
SAP Ariba Suppliers
Enterprise supplier management
- SMB and mid-market viability — Ariba assumes SAP everywhere and a multi-quarter implementation
- Includes the comms, training, and policy layer your buyers actually need — Ariba requires separate enablement tools
- One identity perimeter and one permission model — not an Ariba Network tenant for security to re-certify
Tealbook
Supplier intelligence and discovery
- Tealbook discovers vendors — Supplier Hub is where the vendors you've chosen actually live, with qualification and performance tracked
- Performance scorecards come from your own team's ratings, not market intelligence — quality, delivery, price, service, and responsiveness per vendor
- RFQ and RFP workflows operate inside the system of record — not a separate tool that imports back to Tealbook
Beeline / SAP Fieldglass
Vendor management for contingent labor
- One supplier system covers products, services, AND contingent labor — Beeline/Fieldglass only handle workers
- Contracts, performance, and certifications live on one vendor record — not three integrated VMS systems
- Deploys in weeks via the platform — not a multi-quarter Beeline implementation engagement
PLATFORM ADVANTAGE
Supplier Hub inherits everything else MangoApps already does
A point supplier tool has to build, buy, or integrate each of these. Supplier Hub gets them for free because the platform already runs them.
Identity & SSO
Inherits your SAML/OIDC SSO, MFA, and SCIM provisioning. Buyers and approvers use the same login as everything else.
Contract linkage
Contracts uses the same vendor record — an award can create a draft contract, and vendor certificates are tracked in the Contracts register.
Procurement linkage
Procurement buys from the same vendor record, and an award can raise a requisition from the winning quote — one record, not three integrated apps.
Service Desk linkage
Vendor-related tickets, outages, and disputes attach to the supplier record — the incident history stays with the relationship.
Notifications
RFQ, quote, question, and evaluation notices reach buyers and evaluators in-app, by email, and by SMS for urgent deadline alerts, under each person's own preferences.
Sourcing analytics
Pipeline, savings, award, and vendor-participation analytics, with a PDF, CSV, or Excel export.
INDUSTRY FIT
Built for the operations where approved-vendor lists drive risk
Supplier Hub fits every employer with suppliers, but it earns its keep where regulators, customers, or auditors want evidence that purchases came from a vetted list with current certifications.
Manufacturing
Raw-material suppliers, MRO vendors, and capital-equipment providers with performance scorecards, certification tracking, and RFQ workflows.
Healthcare
Medical suppliers and group-purchasing organizations with qualification, risk review, and insurance and licence expiry on every vendor record.
Financial Services
Third-party risk-management evidence, vendor due-diligence records, and award justifications and evaluator comments on file.
Construction
Subcontractor records, insurance and licence expiry, and performance scorecards rated after every awarded bid.
Public Sector
Approved-vendor lists, RFQ/RFP workflows, and award justifications on record for federal, state, and local agencies.
Professional Services
Subcontractor sourcing, qualification, and performance on one supplier record shared with Contracts.
WHY MANGOAPPS WINS
One platform beats a stack of point solutions on every axis
The argument procurement, finance, legal, and security all share — and the one a supplier-only tool structurally cannot answer.
Cheaper than the stack
One buyer-seat suite replaces Ariba Suppliers + Tealbook + a certification tracker + a performance spreadsheet — no per-module fees.
More secure
One identity perimeter and one set of roles and permissions across every vendor event. Nothing for security to re-certify each year.
Easier to deploy
Already deployed if you have MangoApps. Import vendor CSV, attach existing contracts, run the first RFQ the same day.
Easier to use
Buyers work in the same app they already use and see RFQ, quote, and evaluation notices in the same inbox as everything else.
Easier to manage
Buyers, approvers, and category owners come from the HRIS — Procurement configures rules, not maintains a parallel directory.
Easier to extend
An award can raise a Procurement requisition or a draft contract from the winning quote — no re-keying between apps.
AI is actually better
The Supplier Hub Agent is strictly read-only — answers vendor-lookup, scorecard, and RFQ questions from your own data, governed by the same permission model as the rest of the platform.
Ask Questions With the Supplier Hub Agent
Supplier Hub has a paired AI agent for the vendor-lookup questions buyers ask all day. Strictly read-only — the agent reports on vendors, never modifies the master record.
Supplier Hub Agent
Browse approved vendors, track RFQs/RFPs/RFIs, and view vendor performance scorecards from chat — strictly read-only.

Frequently Asked Questions
Standalone supplier-relationship-management tools sit outside the procurement and contract workflows they're supposed to support — vendor data lives in one tool, POs in another, contracts in a third. Supplier Hub runs inside MangoApps and shares the vendor record with Procurement and Contracts directly.
After an RFQ is awarded, the buyer rates the winning vendor from the RFQ page on the criteria your admin picks (quality, timeliness, communication, and pricing by default). Each rating updates the vendor's scorecard — quality, delivery, price, service, and responsiveness, each 0–100 — and its overall score and performance band.
Create the RFQ/RFP/RFI inside Supplier Hub, invite vendors from your vendor list, collect responses through the vendor portal or enter them on a vendor's behalf, compare and score side by side, and award — with a written justification when you require one. With the setting on, the award raises a requisition in Procurement.
Each vendor's qualification record carries its insurance and business-licence expiry dates, flagged on the profile as they approach. With the Contracts app, vendor certificates (insurance, W-9, SOC 2 and more) get email reminders 30, 7 and 1 days before they expire — to your admins and, if you choose, to the vendor.
For RFQs, yes. Invited vendors sign in to the vendor portal with an emailed one-time code and submit their own pricing, questionnaire answers, and documents. Vendor contacts and questions are still kept up to date by your team inside Supplier Hub.
The agent browses vendors by type or preferred status, surfaces performance scorecards for managers, tracks RFQs/RFPs/RFIs, and reports vendor qualification status. Strictly read-only — the agent reports on vendors, never modifies the master record. See the agent page for the full capability list.
