Overview
Classifieds is a lightweight, multimedia internal marketplace where employees buy, sell, give away, request, or offer services inside a trusted, company-only environment. This is Craigslist for your company — simplified, secure, and social. People post four listing types — for sale, free giveaway, wanted, or a service offered — with a price and currency, a category, tags, a location, several photos plus a video, and the contact method they prefer: chat, email, phone, or text. Colleagues browse by category, type, or location, search across titles, descriptions, and tags, filter to free items or listings with photos, sort by newest, oldest, most-viewed or most-favorited, save favorites, and watch view counts. Sellers mark an item fulfilled or renew an expiring listing instead of reposting. Admins get an optional approval queue, keyword auto-flagging, a prohibited-category blocklist, a user-report queue, bulk moderation, an analytics dashboard, and CSV exports. Everything is business-scoped, with mobile-optimized web views, a REST API, and an Ask AI agent that finds listings by chat — and can also post a listing, edit one, mark one fulfilled, or renew an expiring one on the asker's behalf, previewing every change for them to confirm first. The posting form also has a describe-it-and-let-AI-fill-it bar. There is no in-app payment; where the Messages app is on, Send interest to seller opens a Messages conversation with the seller, and otherwise buyers use the contact method the seller chose. Auto-moderation is keyword-based, not AI toxicity scoring.

Listings are visible only to employees within your organization. Everything is business-scoped — external users and other tenants cannot access the marketplace.
Where your organization has the Messages app on, Send interest to seller on a listing opens a Messages conversation with the seller. Each listing also shows the contact method the seller chose — chat through Messages, email, phone, or text. There is no offer-and-counter workflow.
Classifieds requires a license: it comes with the Communications & Intranet suite, or can be licensed on its own. It is off by default; an admin enables it for your organization and then publishes it to users (until then only admins see it), after which employees can post and browse.
By default each user can have up to 10 listings live or awaiting approval, and each listing expires after 30 days — both limits are admin-configurable. You can renew an expiring or expired listing for another listing period instead of reposting; renewing an expired one counts against the listing limit.
Admins can require an approval queue before listings go live, set keyword auto-flagging, and enforce a prohibited-category blocklist (weapons, alcohol, and similar). Yes. Attach up to 5 photos (JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF) and 1 video (MP4, MOV, or AVI) per listing by default, choose which photo is the thumbnail, and remove any of them while editing. The photo and video limits are admin-configurable.
