Interview Hub

Automated interview scheduling with calendar integration.

Overview

Interview Hub streamlines the interview process with automated scheduling, calendar integration, and candidate self-scheduling capabilities. Features include multi-round interview coordination, interviewer availability management, and automated reminders.

Music and on-screen words follow one candidate through Interview Hub: a recruiter sends a scheduling link, the candidate books a time with no login and can move it later, the hiring manager rates the same criteria as the panel with the other scores hidden until theirs is in, and all four rounds and six scorecards land on one record, ready for the recruiter to start an offer in Offer Manager, a separate app.

Use cases

Multi-round coordination
A recruiter builds a multi-round workflow—phone screen, technical, panel, and final—assigns it to a job, and as each interview is completed, the next round lands on To Schedule.
Candidate self-scheduling
HR sends a candidate a scheduling link scoped to the assigned interviewers' availability; the candidate picks a time on a public page without needing an account, and can later cancel or reschedule themselves.
Structured scorecards
Hiring managers create a weighted scorecard with criteria across technical, behavioral, and cultural areas, then read each interviewer's ratings on the interview page, with the panel's overall recommendation.
Interviewer availability
With live calendars, candidates are offered working hours minus what's on each calendar; on published hours, interviewers set recurring availability windows. Either way, nobody trades emails.
Consistent question guides
A team lead builds role-based and competency-based interview guides, generates question sets from them, and adds the right set to each interview.
Question effectiveness review
A talent lead reviews which questions and question sets surface the best signal using the analytics view, filters by date range, and exports the results to PDF.

FAQ

You generate a scheduling link tied to one or more interviewers' availability. The candidate opens a public page—no login required—and picks an open time. An interviewer with no connected calendar is read as free, apart from leave and interviews in the app. Links have a configurable expiry (1–30 days, default 7), you can send a reminder or a new link in one click, and candidates can cancel or reschedule from the same page.

Phone, video, in-person, and hybrid interviews are all supported, each with its own duration, meeting details, and question set. Interviewer availability and candidate booking pages display times in each participant's local time zone to avoid confusion.

Admins build weighted scorecard templates with custom criteria (technical, behavioral, cultural, leadership, communication, problem-solving) and a configurable rating scale of 3–10 points. After an interview, each participant submits scores and a hiring recommendation ranging from strong hire to strong no-hire, and the app rolls those up into a consensus recommendation.

Yes. Candidates and interviewers receive email notifications when interviews are scheduled, confirmed, cancelled, or rescheduled, plus scorecard request and status emails. Reminder lead times (1, 2, 6, 12, or 24 hours) and recipients (candidate and/or interviewer) are configurable. With the Calendar app on and the person who scheduled the interview connected to Google or Outlook, interviews are added to interviewers' calendars, and the busy time of interviewers who connect is checked for conflicts. Otherwise conflicts are checked against interviews in the app. Every invitation, change and cancellation email carries a calendar file.

Yes. Build multi-round workflows and assign them to job postings. As each interview is completed, the next round is ready to schedule, and the candidate's recruiting status updates accordingly.

Interview Hub is purpose-built for recruiting: it works with candidates and job postings from Job Board and adds interview-specific artifacts like question banks, interview guides, weighted scorecards, multi-round workflows, and candidate self-scheduling links. The Calendar app is a general team calendar, Appointment Scheduler handles general appointment booking, and Bookings reserves rooms and spaces. Use Interview Hub when the workflow is hiring; it detects scheduling conflicts on its own and does not require the Calendar app.

Yes. Interview Hub is the new name for Interview Scheduler. Your interviews, scheduling links and settings carry on as they were.

Interview Hub requires a license and is opt-in per tenant—an administrator enables it for your business from the Apps Marketplace. It is disabled by default until then. Contact your OneMango administrator about enabling it for your organization.
