Open Recognitions
Open the Recognitions app in MangoApps.

Choose a coworker
Select the colleague you want to recognize using the options available in the app.

Describe what they did
Name a specific action and explain how it helped a person, team, or piece of work.

Review and submit
Check the recipient and your message, then submit in the app. Use Recognitions to see the recognition and points information available to you.

Points are part of the recognition program
