Training

Use Training to review and complete learning assigned to you.

  • Review the learning assigned to your role.
  • Write down questions about product materials.
  • Ask your manager if expected learning is not visible.

Practice Hub

Use Practice Hub for available sales exercises and skill practice.

  • Choose an exercise that matches your current focus.
  • Repeat practice when it helps you build fluency.
  • Ask your manager what to focus on next.

If access or assignments are missing

Check that you are signed in to the apps available to you. If Training or Practice Hub is not available, or an expected assignment or exercise is missing, tell your manager what you tried and which app needs attention. Your manager can confirm the appropriate setup or next step.

Office and frontline roles may have different assignments and practice priorities. Use your assigned app content and manager guidance rather than assuming the same sequence applies to every position. This site does not grant permissions, assign learning, or track completion.
