Movement and wellness
- Escort residents who use walkers or wheelchairs ten minutes before the start
- Bring water for chair exercise sessions
Creative and social
- Set up tables and supplies with the activities lead
- Tell the activities team about a resident's favorite songs or hobbies
Outings
- Confirm the resident's care needs with the charge nurse the day before
- Check the outing roster for assisted-transfer requirements
