Find the right set reference
Check the reference identity before using it for a store reset.
In this Northstar Services example, the seasonal front-of-store set is labeled Seasonal Edit — Front Table and Feature Wall — v2.1. A useful reference identifies the campaign, the fixture or area, and its version in the same place.
Before setup, compare those labels with the reset request. If the campaign or fixture does not match, pause the reference check and ask the merchandising coordinator which approved version applies. Do not treat a photo or illustrative scene as a planogram.
When connecting this page to local approved files, make the current source and version easy to distinguish from archived examples.

If the reference does not line up
Resolve the reference question before treating a set as current.
The campaign matches, but the version does not. What should I do?
Do not choose a version by guesswork. Share the campaign name, fixture area, and both version labels with the merchandising coordinator and ask which approved reference to use.
The fixture label is missing or unclear.
Describe the fixture and its location in the store, then ask the coordinator to confirm the intended area. A clear photo of the fixture label can help if the approved submission route permits it.
Can I use a gallery image as the set reference?
No. Gallery and workplace images are illustrative. Use the locally approved planogram or set file for layout decisions.
