Find the right role for the question
This Northstar Services example uses role-based ownership, not named contacts.
Start with the role closest to the work. The store team owns local execution and its documentation; the merchandising coordinator clarifies set references and coordinates review questions. If your organization uses different titles, follow its verified ownership model.
Include the campaign, fixture area, reference version, and a concise description of the question so the receiving role can act on it.

| Complete and document a reset | Store team | Campaign, area completed, and labeled context and detail views |
| Clarify an unresolved review question | Merchandising coordinator | What was observed, what reference was checked, and the specific decision needed |
