Make execution photos easy to review

A useful photo shows the relevant area clearly and includes enough context to identify it.

For the Northstar Services sample seasonal set, capture a wider view that shows the full front table and its relationship to the feature wall, then a closer view of the product grouping that needs review. Keep the fixture visible in the frame and avoid cropping out details that explain the observation.

Use the approved local submission route. Include the campaign, store or location label used by your organization, fixture area, photo view, and a short factual note. Do not include people or unrelated personal information unless the approved process requires it.

Capture and label the photos

A simple sequence for a review-ready submission.

  1. 1

    Identify the area

Confirm the campaign and fixture label so the photo can be matched to the right set.

  2. 2

    Frame the context view

Step back enough to show the fixture and its surrounding area without obscuring the display.

  3. 3

    Capture a detail view

Take a closer image only when a grouping, label, or specific difference needs explanation.

  4. 4

    Check and label

Review that the images are readable, then label each view and add a concise observation before submitting through the approved route.

Seasonal Edit — front table — context view

Observation: the full display is visible. The adjacent feature wall is in frame so the reviewer can understand the relationship between the two areas.
