• Clearer Review Status: The "Start Review" button now stays visible until you actually begin writing your self-assessment, eliminating confusion about whether your review has started.

Employee Data Management

• Manager Access to Pending Profile Updates: Managers can now view and approve pending profile update requests from their direct reports without seeing "Access Denied." Requests are properly scoped — managers only see their own team's requests.
