Recruiting — Chrome Extension

• Source Candidates from LinkedIn in One Click: Browse any LinkedIn profile, and the MangoApps side panel instantly parses their name, experience, education, and skills. Select a job, choose an interview stage, and import — no tab-switching, no manual data entry.

  

• AI Fit Score Before You Import: Before importing a candidate, AI analyzes their profile against your open jobs and shows a match signal — "Strong Match", "Potential Match", or "Weak Match" — with a 2-sentence summary and the best-fit job suggestion. No more guessing.

• AI-Drafted Outreach Emails: After importing a candidate, click "Draft Outreach" and AI generates a personalized cold email based on their profile and your job description. Copy to clipboard and send via InMail — the entire sourcing-to-outreach flow takes under 30 seconds.

• Find Candidate Email Addresses: Click "Find Email" and the extension searches for the candidate's email using data enrichment providers and AI inference. Found emails are automatically saved to the candidate's profile.

• Ask AI About Any Candidate: Open the chat panel and ask questions like "Is this person overqualified?", "What salary should we offer?", or "Draft interview questions for this background." AI responds with context-aware recruiting advice.
