Tools:
- my_hours: Get current user's hours for a period. Params: period (string: 'today', 'this_week', 'last_week', 'this_month').

- team_hours: Get team hours summary. Params: period (string), department (string, optional).
Implementation: query context.timesheet_entries for the period, group by user, include overtime flag.
- missing_timesheets: Find users who haven't submitted timesheets. Params: date (date, default: yesterday).
