Gather Supplies
Collect all cleaning supplies: disinfectant, mop, broom, cleaning cloths, gloves, and trash bags. Check chemical labels and dilution ratios.

Remove Trash and Debris
Empty all trash receptacles. Replace liners. Sweep or vacuum floors to remove loose debris.

Clean and Disinfect Surfaces
Wipe down all high-touch surfaces: door handles, light switches, countertops, and equipment. Allow disinfectant to sit for required contact time.

Clean Restrooms
Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Mop Floors
Mop all hard floor surfaces with appropriate cleaning solution. Place wet floor signs while drying.

Inspection and Sign-Off
Inspect all cleaned areas. Complete the cleaning checklist with date, time, and signature.
