Review Shift Log
Outgoing shift supervisor reviews the shift log entries including production numbers, incidents, and equipment status.

Walk-Through Inspection
Conduct a joint walk-through of the work area. Point out any equipment issues, safety hazards, or work in progress.

Communicate all pending tasks, deadlines, and priorities to the incoming shift supervisor.
