Deskless adoption programme (engagement layer)
Getting a workforce with no corporate email and no desk to actually use what was just launched — and keeping them using it. QR posters where the work happens, a rewarded login push, peer champions, and a loaded year of content so the weekly job is approving rather than inventing.
Rolled out to every employee at AutoZone (125,000), PetSmart (50,000+), A.S. Watson and Raley's (20,000) — and at larger retailers we are not permitted to name.
Built for: Automotive · Field-service · Manufacturing · Retail

Frequently asked questions
Does every customer need an adoption programme like this?
No. This weight is right for a deskless, multi-site workforce with no corporate email — people who will not discover the platform by being emailed about it. For a desk-based population, training the admins, distributing the app, announcing the launch and reviewing adoption at 30 days is enough, and all of that is already in the platform baseline plan.
What does the customer end up with?
A loaded year: twelve themed months of content provisioned as editable drafts, a rewarded activation push behind them, site champions with reports scoped to their own site, and a named person with a recurring calendar slot to approve each week.
What makes an adoption programme stop?
No named owner for weekly content approval. The annual calendar removes the authoring work but not the ownership — a recurring slot in a real person's diary is the single biggest predictor of whether the programme is still running in month six.
Why posters and QR codes rather than email?
Because this workforce largely has no corporate email address, and often no company device. Findability has to be physical and where the work happens — bays, break rooms, by the time clock — and the scan has to land on a normal login rather than carrying any credential of its own.
